Water company is taking their sweet time getting out there to inspect, and unless I can prove they broke the line with their work, I suspect they will try to stick me or my tenant with the bill.

So instead of buying this sweet deal for $x, it is really going to cost me $5x.

But, i think if you could find a sweet spot between 200-300k in the outside areas of Austin any house would sell like hotcakes...Anywhere central is out of the question.

My long term goal is to supplement my teacher's salary with passive income to the point that my sweet wife doesn't have to work anymore.

The trick is finding the sweet spot. 

They some times have fried shrimp.. other than that the menu includes hush puppies and fries and slaw.
