The specific property I am looking at is a single family 2 bed 2 bath home with an office in a 55 and older active community in Florida.

Specifically I am looking a  duplex on A street near Eleanor st.

I will get more specifics on the terms of the LOC on the rental property soon. 

(I'm about to go double check the lease, but wanted to put a feeler out there)Also, since I haven't done it before (in this special case or just in general): When screening a new commercial tenant, can all the same tenant screening services used for regular rentals (e.g. mysmartmove) be used, or does it have to be a special thing specifically for commercial property, even if the business that's applying doesn't have a history, and is a new business?

Was there a specific REI strategy that you're looking at starting with?

@Chris Reeves if you sent him a written offer, with your signature, and he sent it back, signed with new terms, specifically the higher price and a time deadline, you absolutely had the rights to that up until the end of August 19th.

(Ex: 3 bed 1 bath in your local town, be specific)Have you been running calculators on every property that has potential? 

I follow a very specific model when targeting properties.
