Hey everyone on Bigger Pockets! My name is Matt Midyette, and I reside in Navarre, Florida. Its a nice, growing area with beautiful beaches! I am 21 years old and have always had a keen eye for getting into real estate investing. Just finished the initial beginners guide book and now its time to put in the action to my ideas and dreams and get started!
