Then you can try entering the addresses into the tax assessor's page and see if you can get a name for the owner and the address where the tax bill is sent.

Quick update on my situation - I sent a letter to the hubby in jail offering him the option sign the tenant-to-landlord early release as well as giving the 28 day notice landlord-to-tenant, and luckily he signed the early release.  

The cash buyer sent his bank statement with the offer so he's the most qualified LOL.

All the numbers that in there is practically a guesstimate based on the contractors who saw the pictures that I sent him, and I also made the number large  than usual, I could be completely off, but I think I'd rather be off  bigger off too little.
