How necessary are these courses for getting a job?

And the icing on the cake, I work at a coal-fired power plant and will be out of a job in 4 years due to the shutdown.

IMO if he was just running the jobs and hiring subs for everything, then 30% is fine.

I love my job, and it's very demanding, so time is our biggest enemy at this point in our lives.

I don't want to do their job and they don't want to do mine.

My idea for a more sustainable future would be to get a job at major CRE firm brokerage in a junior role.

They are doing a great job, but who knows where they will be 30 years from now.
