Search "due on sale" it is a real risk, search "rent credits", "SAFE Act" and "Dodd-Frank" with respect to financing agreements, as the owner occupant you need to see a mortgage originator for a private financing agreement. :)

Title III will also mold and change the industry considerably later in 2016.After going through some of the effort to launch our own funding platform of late I can definitely respect the effort that those doing it with small teams full time above must have exerted to get things rolling in the industry.

Respectfully, with an explanation that it is in their best interests to cooperate if they want the option exercised and the house sold.And I hope you hear what Bill Gulley is saying, and aren't claiming that you are a final buyer with "partners" as opposed to a wholesaler selling an option.
