I got asked about lease renewals, one renewed, one didn't.

on a larger note about auto extends.. back in the day when I had my HML company and millions of dollars in Guidance lines that had annual renewals. 

Just when at the time was not licensed, but as of last month 7/26/2022, I'm happy to say I renewed my license after almost 10 years off doing real estate.

Common fees will include a set-up fee, leasing fee for each turnover or a lease renewal fee, marking up maintenance, retaining late fees, and more.

My apartment lease is up soon and I'd like to buy a house as well and do not plan to renew.

Tenants will not be able to afford the $1600 a month so my plan is to offer 90 days cash for keys to get them out early but give them time to plan, or just give them notice of non-renewal 6 months out.

I feel as though the lease has been expired as of August 2021 but others are saying it auto-renews for another year indefinitely.

Our strategy with these rentals has been to offer renewals on non-renovated units slightly above the going market rate for comparable units.
