Has anybody else randomly stopped getting key word alert emails without changing any preferences/profile options?

I post questions here as often times the professionals of said relevant field who frequent these boards are more knowledgeable and of similar mindset than any random one you call or visit in an office.

I have received random email requests but when I log into the website they are not there, so I ignore them.  

A little background, I did the same thing as you on June 29th 2017, closed on my first property in SW Atlanta and got 2 random roommates off Facebook. 

We tried to fix things for her and she did bug us quite a bit about random things and stiffed us with a $700 water bill at the end on move out. 

I used some random words that meant nothing LLC.  

Any thing said is random drivel and should be ignored by anyone on planet Earth or it's subsidiaries (Depending on how long things stick around).

And if that's the case, don't get stuck on looking how to factor in ROI because you're willing to pay an emotional premium to live in NYC, live in that house, invest in NYC, and never have to fly to Oklahoma (just for the sake of randomness) to check-in on your property.  

We all have different strategies for finding great investment partners, and sometimes they come from the most random meetings and the most random of people, including family, neighbors, family friends, other parents you met at your sons soccer game or school play, etc.
