I always encourage investors to know *exactly* what they want and how they want their money working for them so they can be strategic and specific in their investing criteria. 

Got your postcard in the mail encouraging me to sell my property to your Bayou Property Partners and see that you frequent my same group of real estate network websites.Good luck out there sir, my portfolio is vacant land on purpose.  

Ask away, I totally encourage it, just don't be like "O you found a good deal in this neighborhood you always work in, let me get in on your pie too"

If anyone has used both, I would love to have any feedback on both platforms, the do's and don'ts, or even thoughts on pricing of these type of platforms. 

I would encourage you to lookup the Triangle REI group.

That said I did not get in the business blindly, rather a very successful REI guy I know has mentored me and even encouraged me for well over a year before I ever started and I did a lot of research before doing so including trying to make sure that it was legal to wholesale property.

I would encourage you to get some education, whether it's Eddie Speed, Scott Carson, Dave Van Horn, Note Force Academy, Google University or any other company.
