Not that much experience/ any but I am very passionate about meeting my goal this year.

Joining MF conferences, groups and meetups are always important but often we can forget to do things we have a genuine passion for that can also lead to successful network and mentor development. 

I mean what I can offer in return is an open mind, eager to learn, hard work, passion for real estate and investing, and any help to the mentor/investor with his/her business in some fashion like free labor in order to learn from that person.

Learn, learn, and learn some more until you find a passion for a certain asset class, a specific niche, market, etc and go all in. 

I've been lending for almost 20 years, and have a passion for helping people invest and "add value" no better way than a renovation loan if done properly.

I just think with some, when they are led to have some passionate personal battle they seem to believe its much more critical and widespread  than it actually is.

I'm currently on track to reach financial independence within 12 years but I want to speed that up and find a new passion.

There are several other smaller companies that have the capability of taking on larger portfolios with the drive and passion to be the best. 

I grew up in Winthrop, MN.My passion for real estate investing, led me to become a licensed agent here in MN.

My parents know I am passionate (though inexperienced) about real estate and have asked me if I would be interested in solving this problem.
