Apart from adding great contents and keeping them fresh, you have to put some efforts on Social media now a days - FB, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.All these SM properties should engage your audience in a personal way and direct them to comeback to your site - there by increasing traffic and leads.Also, try FB ads!

I think you will be able to track your results better if you just concentrate on 1 area that you know what the traffic flow is like.If you need a visual tool Traffic.com can help with your planning.Assuming you are wholesaling (I hate to assume), do you have a dialogue to say to sellers if and when you get a phone call from one of your signs?
