There may be some carveouts related to moving from non depreciable property to depreciable property in certain circumstances that may not fall under this accounting method change, but it has been some time since I have had to deal with that piece.

Keep learning and changing, as this is very important in the always moving real estate area.

I find by doing so my properties move quicker. 

Goal is to get a couple local rentals and move her into one and rent out others. 

Before these two sets of tenants moved in I was only averaging about $10/machine per week.

You will get dimensions, type, major features, etc. cheap and fast I always get them.The rest are either contained in a Table A or not needed IMO.

In the past I got houses that were move in ready so I did inspections as natural course.
