Honestly, I don't spend much time on their platform as I've wanted it to be as passive as possible...I check once a quarter.

I wouldn’t trust your own comps for 100% accuracy as platforms like Zillow syndicate their data from our MLS and often are geographically off and use algorithms that don’t understand the block by block, apples to apples nature of comparisons. 

I now own a nice portfolio of income producing real estate – virtually all of it purchased with cash by flipping mobile homes in mobile home parks.

@David GaugerThere’s always the old fashioned method of checking what’s available on the booking platforms in the market yourself!

I really believe in doing things that way especially in regards to the finding of contractors… make It a focus to find them via references from others.And if you get time, add a profile picture here, and make a ton of connections here and on all social platforms. 

Syndications offer great tax benefits in addition to passive income and the ability to diversify asset classes from multifamily to mobile home parks, self storage, RV parks and more.   

As I understand it, Furnished Finder is just a listings platform and does not assist with leases or anything else, correct?

I personally have used the legal by state forms on the BP platform, such a valuable tool to have.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has had experience with getting a loan on a very small MHP (<20 pads) by just asking for a land loan for a 5 acre parcel (that just happens to have some "old, tenant-owned mobile homes on it") from a bank vs. an actual commercial loan for an income-producing small MHP?
