I've learned my lesson; I've provided two plug in microwaves in two rentals and they "walked" with the tenants when they left.If you insist on doing this, purchase the lowest wattage/cheapest one of the market; there will be no need for a dedicated circuit and you won't miss it so much when it leaves with the tenant.Why do you believe you will get additional rental income from a Section 8 property because you provide a microwave?
