The information they sell can be found for a fraction of the cost online or at meet ups or even some courses that are much cheaper if you do the homework to find out where to learn.

I suggest that you do your numbers and homework on the area and get to know them fairly well before making a move.

@Mike Makkar   52 weeks X 300 = 15,600...12 months X 1200 = 14,400..hm. maybe all your rentals should be by the weekshared housing is very tough unless its collage kids with parents personal guarantee any other venue and your asking for a cluster
