If home builders are in trouble i wonder who is ordering all the large machinery from Caterpiller and other large equipment companies.CAT is scheduling 8 months out on earth moving equipment with sales up 300% from this time last year.They are building 1500 homes within a 2 mile radius of my house.

So If I dont take care of them they'll leave and go somewhere else if they are paid less or even for a simple thing as making .10 cents more an hour.I'm trying to get our offices redone and mine will be the last to have anything done - first one on the list is my executive director, then our nurse, then I'll construct a decent breakroom/mini office where at the CMA/CNA station - again not things to worry about if you're running a home plus - but dont shove someone running a home plus into a hole and not give them decent equipment or a space they can make their own - take care of them and finding a good operator/executive director will make or sink your business!

Hi,So my friend's dad is building a ~600 sq ft ADU in southern California and on the drawings it says:"Per Title 24, the BTU/HR rating for the equipment are:Total water heater: 199.7K BTU/HRTotal heating equipment: 205K BTU/HRTotal Cooling System: 100.5K BTU/HR" When looking at air conditioning systems, I see them being sold as something like "4 tons, 48000 cooling BTU".

If I was going to invest in small multi i would look for something like the brick fourplexes I grew up around in the suburbs of Minneapolis. 40 years later they look identical and equine almost zero maintenance.
