Hello,With regard to title searches, what actions are necessary prior to buying a house at sheriff's sale?  Do you take these actions on each property that you plan to bid on prior to each sale?Thanks!

All the previous home owners that were displaced through foreclosure became renters, thereby increasing rental demand.

Get professional tax advice, but I think it would save you a bundle to live in it, refi to get your money out, and get homeowner tax break when/if you sell.
