I am not a smoker, but I don't have any rules against it.Reasons stated are valid reasons for prohibiting smoking indoors - having a fire is not.The risk of having a fire is very low - and probably even lower for Dennis Tierney, since the other tenants are more aware of the dangers now.Taking a proactive approach to things is good - like prohibiting smoking indoors because of the wear on the unit, or outdoors because of the second-hand smoke.Being reactive to things like fires is bad.If you never had the fire, would it still be right for you to prohibit smoking outside?

The reason I am asking is because I see some members mentioning how much they saved by having the license but on the other hand it seems like having a license restricts the flexibility in any deal you are able to make.

The good ones will ask fellow attorneys who specialize in that to help them review their contract they have drawn up or hand them off completely.Attorneys are often times in court so it does take them to time to review things and get going with requests.I think you really need to review your loan documents to see what your options are.Many people are nice in this world but can screw up things everyday that can cost you a bunch of money.Find nice people and people who have the specific training to protect you.No legal advice.
