My balances are a tad higher than I normally but I purchased 6 sets of airline tickets for 3 different trips and corresponding hotels.

They sell expensive conference tickets.

Should I buy my plane ticket to Costa Rica now or wait a little more?

Just remember it's fun to dream but whether you buy 5 tickets or 200 your odds to win stay about the same.So just drop a five or ten on it and nothing else.I only play the lotto when it goes above 200 million.That keeps me playing it just for fun on an occasional basis and I never usually go above 5 dollars in tickets.

I'll try to be as complete as possible, while simplifying too.For most people the term "Crowd Funding" means raising money from total strangers over the Internet for their deals, similar to the way (some) people raise money for chartible causes like sending an athlete to the Olympic trials, when they can not afford the plane ticket, etc.However, raising money for real estate deals (or any other profit making venture) an not be dine the same way the charities do it.  

If you could buy the exact same house (insert location here) for 50-70% of what it is in the North East and make a lot more cash flow would you consider investing a short flight away?
