I've considered investing in a paid mentor but I've heard so many mixed reviews about going that expensive route and a lot of those courses offerings by out of state gurus are one size fits all and not everything can apply to a state like NY.

I see abandoned homes in neighborhoods when driving by and I’ve tried looking online about how to find the owner and be able to contact them but I have to pay for everything.
