As someone who manages short-term rentals, I've started using automation to help run things better.

This is a different person cleaned after cleaning people cleaned for a short-term rental. 

All, of course, produces more wear and tear on your rental unit.Gail

Short term rentals are only available to owners in PG County.

We are custom home builders but I operate more in the Syracuse area.

I am interested in wholesaling, short term rentals, flipping and Brrrr's.

We are going to find a way to block it off with chicken wire to keep the dogs out.
