Also for the sewer back-up, try to understand what the problem was and how to avoid it in the future (for example: tree roots in the sewer line will just re-occur in the future).

I know that depending on location/state, adding solar may be a cost effective way to add a revenue stream and support renewables (due to the multiple revenue streams they can generate), but from a design/construction side there needs to be analysis, and the building would need proper orientation and clearance from trees

It could have been caused by an old pipe or a tree root broke the pipe.
