You would think that would be a key item that you'd have to get right on the license test in order to become a realtor. :-)There is a big advantage to that though too in that you get to see all the realtor comments that don't show up for us non MLS people on sites like realtor.com, etc.

There is no law that requires a buyer of any property to have a job, to have money, to have good credit, to fog a mirror, pass an IQ test, or not live under a bridge! 

@alb I work as a Paterson police officer and I would not recommend rentals there, high crime rate, a lot of hands on managing and high drug areas.
