Even if specific performance is plausible based on the terms of the agrement, this is costly and timely to pursue.

This really could be all over the place based on what type of properties ones has and where they are located.Expenses and mortgage also greatly affect the bottom line.Someone with 5 properties could be killing it or not have two nickles to rub together.

I simply stated a fact based on my experience.

What is a good rough estimate to have some Floorplans of a new build drafted in 2D and in black and white? Thanks for any feedback🫡.
