I anticipated my budget and took the loan out and provided the contract when the contract was actually signed (the date on the contract has to be current so you validate your claim for the 401k loan going towards the house - I have gotten denied before on another deal that had problems at closing because the date was past the 30 day mark).

Now, if offers were comparable (and you'd have some investigating to do there to find out) you could then go to the conclusion of the agent double dipping, ask the seller if they were aware of your offer, if they were, end of story, if they weren't then you have an issue you can act on.Agents may influence a seller by the information they give or present, can't deny that but the last call is made by the seller.

Because I have no income I can not get a loan, and her credit is to low and she can not get a loan.Next day we go into both banks that denied us on the phone, and get them to run our credit. low and behold her credit is now 648 and they will loan us $200,000 and we can get a house.Now do you see why I was so frustrated by Credit Karma?
