I ended up going with an 18 gauge, 9" deep stainless steel, and squared off like the one you posted.

The good deal VS bad deal ratio is about 1 for 100 here so you have to dig really deep.

As you probably know I need to get properties under contract at deep discounted prices in order to sell them fast.

Of course, growth will be greatly slowed using this strategy....but Im not interested in growing right now.

Tourism will slow down, jobs will be lost, houses will be left with mortgages that need to be paid by investors who depend on short term rental revenue to pay that mortgage. 

One, you can't contact them until you own the notes, two, they are in deep dodo with the bank and will likely owe a lot of money and years of not paying, as well as possibly years of back taxes, three, many sellers of notes do not you spreading them all over the place, making you a joker broker.

I suspect there is no slow REI appreciation market that can match those REI returns. 

Looking for someone with a deep knowledge of REI, eCommerce and complex tax scenarios.
