Currently, in my town, there is a HUGE debate about this, and the city may shut down vacation rentals which aren't licensed.

This is a tough one and heavily debated always! 

I am closing on a property next Tuesday (god willing) and I am still debating how much to rehab.

I have seen debate over multi-family and single family homes in terms of which is the better investment in this market.  

It is the classic debate between some money now or more money over the long term, also it will depend on the rate of return if it is low it might be better to sell and invest the money elsewhere, if not it is probably better to hold.

time is the most valuable asset you have and to use it to debate the photo of a car and a "rather funny reply"If it was deleted it's not coming back, and the forum rules are posted somewhere you just have to look.

I'm debating renting out the unit fully furnished or not.
