@Gil PangYes international real estate investing has its own risks but they can be properly mitigated and the rewards could much more than compensate for the risk if you know what you’re doing.

The overage is supposed to compensate for the sale of the asset; if this person is claiming that they still own 25% as they did prior to foreclosure, then there would be no reason to compensate this person with the overage.
