What was the fair compensation?

The overage is supposed to compensate for the sale of the asset; if this person is claiming that they still own 25% as they did prior to foreclosure, then there would be no reason to compensate this person with the overage.

They’re just asking for a tiny guaranteed compensation for all that time and travel, whether it’s paid by you or the other agent/ owner.Does that seem unreasonable?

Such termination shall be without prejudice to the rights of either party to recover compensation from the condemning authority for any loss or damage caused by the condemnation.

In many small banks a loan officer's compensation is performance based and the record of quality loans on the books, a problem loan can touch a loan officer in the pocket, solve their problem and you might be a hero.

As of now, I do not have either of them under contract.The developer has sent me a template for the contract that he uses for finders fees and asked me to fill it out, including the amount in the compensation section.

We obviously have issues here regarding "land expropriation without compensation" and you need to be aware of the risks (up to now the law has not even change yet - (The Constitution need to be amended) but I do believe it will eventually happen.

Also, sponsor compensation can only come from a percentage of rents or sale price, can't be based on investor returns, and a few other inconvenient details. 

What is a fair way to compensate the manager, more similar to a property management fee (8-10%) or rent, or something different?
