Just about everywhere will have 30+ day minimums which fits your goal anyway, but there may be some that allow for shorter stays even. 

They are not attending conferences that you commonly see on these forums, they are not running marketing constantly.

The most common way around this is to get a DSCR refinance, which requires 3-6 months of seasoning.
