I also promoted the second bond measure (E) in multiple ways.

Buildium does provide those functions but it's biggest strength (I think) is the intergration of so many property management tasks including: online payments, work order management, move-in/out inspections, e-leasing, marketing, email templates, accounting and reporting.

I completed my required 30 hours for my renewal already and I now have my SRS Designation and E-Pro certification. 

The two options I have considered, are high yield online savings accounts (found some with 1.6%-2.3% APY) OR bank with an E*Trade account or something similar to double dip, and have my money in an account with higher interest returns and easy investing/trading options.
