Additionally you are less than 15 minutes away from the employment hubs in Midtown and Georgia Tech.

Has anyone in Orlando or Central Florida been able to get good deals using foreclosure.com ?

I'm about to start a refinance on a BRRRR house in Central Arkansas.

The problem is in this market motivated sellers and deep discounts have been hard to find   Almost always our sellers are about true margins   So do you sit on the sideline and not work of just face that this market good deals are not plentiful in central Florida 

@Alex Wynn take a look at the big ticket items: roof, HVAC (being in DFW I assume it will be central heat and air).

Now he is bringing up all of these ideas of finishing the basement, insulating and running electric through the attic to make it a master bedroom, and adding central AC... all at a reasonable price, and trying to convince me of the value add....

We didn't want to do a full gut rehab as we felt this would be a little riskier given the busy road, no central AC, etc.

I try to keep an eye on Eastern and Central PA.

I've lived in central & south NJ my whole life and we have some great areas.
