I built an open closet with a hanging bar and put a small dresser in there and then made a built in desk space with task light next to it.

Make sure you have appropriate clause such as picking up dog waste and not letting pets to hang out in patios or front yards of neighbors.

Reason being, once you become licensed you will be required to hang your license with a broker.

I made the decision to hang up the cleats and jump into this real estate thing full time.

What I also found to be very valuable was buying a $40 lockbox to hang on the front door so contractors could access the property without me having to drive there each time.

Nothing worse than making a low ceiling feel lower with a fan that hangs down.

Don’t do anything sneaky or try to hang something over her head for future leverage.

@Jack Martin Thanks for adding that, in fact that was my biggest hang up with even looking at SS is that any body can build across the street and have cheaper options and kill my business.

@Joe Zinger  Hi Joe, I actually do both right now and the only suggestion I have is to make sure that the brokerage you chose to hang your license with will allow you to have more than 1-3 rentals.

To activate, simply means to hang your license with a brokerage.
