It's a far simpler and faster process than buying yourself, though you're not going to get astronomic returns due to the buttoned up, passive nature of the investment.

@Sanjay Sharma depending on the size of the property, and whether or not it makes sense to do cost seg at all, it's probably best to do both on the acquisition and on the renovations.Some of the things you mentioned would be eligible for faster depreciation, like cabinets, appliances, etc.

A PEX crimping tool when I first bought it I was reluctant to spend $60 or $80 on this tool but it has been totally worth it. when it comes to connecting PEX pipe to sinks or anything I prefer using this because it is super fast and easy compared to PVC cheaper, faster, and easier than working with copper.
