Oh no who revived the overworked anti-wholesaler thread!

If there is no website and you can find any information it sounds like a scam.  

I'm anti fire pit but I do recognize that they work for the right host.

They will gain a certain amount of confidence as you have a perception of customer service (to them the phone service will look like an extension of your actual company), this will help to put them at ease that you are a professional and not some fly-by-night con artist trying to scam them.So anyway, its sort of a screen, but I prefer to call it a data collector...I think I just confused myself...Chris

There are too many scam artists out there.

I feel pretty  confident it is not a scam.

If this isn't a scam, then i don't know what to call it.

BTW, if it sounds I'm anti-OKC - that's not correct.

In most cases, this is the amount you'll need to include in your gross income – the sum of your earnings before taxes – when filing your tax return.You'll never collect back rent once they are out, but this may be an alternative for going after "professional tenants" who are out to scam landlords.Just curious if anyone has used this method.
