It's achievable yet on the higher side of that, so that's what people shoot for.

Start small and work your way up to it. 50k a month is certainly possible at some point but will definitely take time to achieve.

Real estate is definitely a great way to achieve this.I’m in the Dayton area and so are all of my properties.

I try to model my cash flow in hand at $250 a month which will still be achieved if I go portfolio.
