We are currently partnering with a $7.0b company to manage our self storage facilities. 

They will hotel/airbnb until the 1st, but would like to move some of their furniture into one room beforehand.I'm ok with this - we have a deposit, and they will sign/pay for the storage for the week or two.Does anyone have a document that they would be willing to share that provides them storage space for $xxx, no liability, etc?

I would focus more on acquiring more income properties like apartments and self storage maybe AirBnB properties as well. 

What about storage units. 

We kept her things in storage for two months (one month longer than required by our L-T law) and she had the opportunity to pay the storage fees to get her belongings back.

I would keep all files in storage for a few years at least.

My portfolio includes SFR, duplexes, and a small self storage facility spread out over 4 towns.

.- Make some storage space in the shed (or build another shed) and offer storage for a fee.

There's an opportunity for a 90 unit storage facility that is currently about 75% full.

@John Negomir the basement is finished but we didn't finish off the mechanical room since it only has the furnace, HW heater and some storage space.
