Pre-move-in Storage Addendum

Have a family moving into a newly renovated SFR on Nov 1st. We're still completing renovations and won't have it completed before that time, but they are selling their house on Oct 20th. They will hotel/airbnb until the 1st, but would like to move some of their furniture into one room beforehand.

I'm ok with this - we have a deposit, and they will sign/pay for the storage for the week or two.

Does anyone have a document that they would be willing to share that provides them storage space for $xxx, no liability, etc?
