Hi BP,I've been communicating with the Orange County tax assessor/treasurers's office staff about obtaining a list of properties that have been tax delinquent between 3 and 4.5 years.

After calling http://www.state.nj.us/dca/divisions/codes/offices... a second time, I was put on the phone with a much more knowledgeable man.

We have coverage in CLT and we run both an investment and rehab group out of our offices.

I asked how long before the house was seized/sold and she just said it depends on the bank.There was a notice from the post office in the mail yesterday saying there was a certified letter to be picked-up for my step-father.
