@Joshua Jones -  Now sure how to pull permit records in your specific county, but figure that out and you can pull permit records to see the GC and tradesmen info and then reach out. 

I looked up in the county records and that entire block is owned by the Housing Authority, so how are they separating a few buildings out??

Besides…..the property is in your name now, that deed transfer to your llc will be recorded there forever…..it’s obvious who is behind the llc….forever. 

@Ebrima Drammeh the best way to deal with someone like this is to do an eviction when she isn't paying then it is on her record in the courts. 

They’re great for me, but I have a 10-15 year track record with them.  

It has been my experience that the bank wants 2 years of tax records for the business. 

Shoot for a couple deals within your own cash to prove a track record.
