Two points: You need to talk to your company HR person and it matters if you want to do this legally or not.Most companies allow you to withdraw some % (50ish) out as a loan but you have to pay that back.You could claim "hardship" and withdraw it all with a 10% (I think) penality.You can withdraw it all, and if you are leaving the country, ignore the tax bill.. you will just have trouble coming back. ( like if your kids want to go to college here)Or you can just leave it and have it sit as an investment for the next 19.5 years and then pull it out.

When I was going to college my father was buying and selling rea estate (mostly commercial) I was interest in being like him but at the time, when l got a business degree that emphasized real estate, I thought I could be like him but I was more interested in the construction business and stayed in it until I had a brain annuerism and stroke at age 54.

Hi, I'm from California I wen to the housing development to start my dealers license they told me I have to have four years college and experience in planning and development, then they will look at my application then qualify me. is there a better way to invest in mobile homes?
