Build prices in SC...going up?

Hi Everyone - I've been doing some development projects in Austin and Houston over the last 5 years, but am headed back to Greenville later this year with some new deals in the works (for example, a North Main SFR development, 4 new-construction homes on 1 acre).

My last SC project was in Mt Pleasant back in 2013, and I'm trying to get a grip on the trend of build costs over the last few years. Obviously there's a wide range of price/sqft depending on what you're building, but maybe there's a clear trend of labor and material costs that you've experienced? Most interested in Greenville, but all of SC helpful as well.
