We typically have to brace and add interior drain tile to fix most basement problems and rarely have to excavate on the outside.

just for context  I bought a 9k sq foot house that an NBA basket baller had 1/2 finished.. just needed interior cabnets flooring appliances landscaping etc.. we spend OVER 1 million dollar finishing that house.. now granted it sold for 5 million.. but you get the drift  big high end houses can no way be put together for 200k.... 

I believe I learned an adequate amount of information there, probably more than I would have learned if I had finished college.I still own a lot of real estate and am not sorry for my decision in choosing that career and not international law.

Often the bottoms of interior doors have some buildup as well.

When a property is improved by renovating the interiors of each apartment and exteriors of the building and community the property can charge a higher rent price per month and increase the income it generates on an annual basis.

Also I am trying to get my significant other to look at real estate domestically rather than internationally and I have having some difficulties with just talking about starting in just purchasing new properties.

He needs $100k to fix the roof, do some work on the interior, pay off some personal debt, and get a used car.

I am looking for suggestions on interior paint color and flooring.
