Rehab advice for my first BRRR...

I am in the process of getting bids for my first BRRR in Indianapolis. I am looking for suggestions on interior paint color and flooring. Also I have heard good things about lvp as being a lower cost alternative to hardwood flooring. Has anyone had any issues with lvp in their rentals?

@Jake Stuttgen Thanks Jake. I do like the light gray color on the walls and I think I will go with the lvp.
