I'd love to buy the place if she did sell but I just bought my first property and don't have much reserve for both projects.

My fiance bought the house that we live in, so through that I have a mild understanding of the home buying process.  

He recently bought a house and if I moved in I would plan on paying rent.

Also, not one apartment complex I've seen in 10 years allows you to look through each unit, review leases, etc. until under contract...Have you ever bought an apartment complex???

I want to ask anyone that has a beat at the current trends for flipping houses at Southern California.Are there zip codes that are gold mines?

Hi everyone, I know there are tons of forum posts like this on here and I've given advice to a lot of them as well but I find it much easier to give advice to others than to myself :) So I have a rental property in Denver that I bought a couple of years ago and I found out today that the tenant may be interested in buying it.

In the end I decided to wait until our market slows down and start buying the units all the suckers bought at the premium price tag.
