My Wife and I operate a Non Profit Organization aimed at re-entry; and I play in two different bands, one of which tours the Texas Prison system in summer months to play for and minister to the incarcerated.

We don't ever carry a balance on credit cards, but I put EVERY single dollar I can onto credit cards to capture my rewards points and then we do our Asian and European travel in first class for free.

Toured with a band a couple years then decided to get into real estate.

There are some local parks that are nice, there are flight tours at the airport a minute away, shopping, great foodie area if you are willing to drive out ten minutes, twenty minute drive to SeaTac Airport.

There are European countries with hundreds of them stacked together for housing as well as a huge developer in LA that uses them for low income housing, just to name a couple.
