My strategy has been to communicate to all tenants what the government is doing to assist them mentioning the 600 extra per week they are getting and the stimulus checks for them, their significant others and children.

For the most part, property manager and client communication is a case by case situation.

@Enrique Huerta oh definitely, I'm aware it would never be 100% passive if you were looking to invest outside of going the LP route (and even then, you could argue there's some "work" in keeping an eye out for how things are going and communicating with the GP's whenever needed haha).

If you have the salespersons communication in writing (always a good idea for just these sorts of reasons) I would ask them to take it back.

This is the thing I would want to maintain control of, even if I handed off the maintenance, collections, tenant communication off to someone else or some other platform in order to free up some time.
