It was mixed heavily with rock, the slabs aren’t cracked anywhere thus raising it back to height since the ground underneath washed out would fix it and done right.

A quick google search would tell you to not paint before seriously washing all walls, ceilings, vents, etc., to eliminate cigarette smoke damage.
