Typically disability rates do increase yearly to reflect a cost of living increase (they did not do this in 2016 but did increase for 2017).If his benefits come from a service connection the amount will vary depending both on the percentage of his disability and whether he is single, married, married with children, etc..

In Georgia we have to bring cash or equivalents to the auction so you need to have the cash, a backer or an asset to borrow against.Its a high risk/medium reward proposition in my area, but your results may vary so make sure you understand that going in.

This could be mitigated to a degree with pre-funding, but from what I have seen the "pre-funding" is more largely correlated with debt product to grant investors interest from day 1 and is less prevalent with equity investments.
