I would like to learn more about vacation rentals as way to reduce the expense of something I want, rather then as a way to make money. 

I make the tenants work this out amongst themselves, the deposit stays with the unit everyone has vacated the property.

I need to determine the most efficient way to get a tenant to vacate.
