My personal experience is to avoid working with friends and family in most business circumstances, real estate or otherwise. 

I searched around with a couple of agencies and unfortunately all the other agencies that deal with general FEMA came back at the same price. 

@Moses Lin your best bet is to speak with the lender(s) specifically, but in most circumstances, you will need landlord experience in order to count the income towards your purchasing power.

@Matthew Bruce Bailey Unfortunately, if the owner didn't put it on the MLS and he/she isn't willing to share that info with you, then you're SOL. 

Unfortunate but it’s what you get with a free platform.It’s always difficult renting off peak, but hopefully you can show your prospective tenants that it’s better to sign a longer lease so they get themselves back onto a summer schedule so they have more options at the end of the lease term, too.
